Searcher

You can now search across the RevTron companies and people data set whether you've connected your CRM or not. The prospector shows you all of the accounts in your CRM stack ranked by ICP score or account fit. Users wanted to be able to search more broadly across the data set and create new audiences manually so we shipped the Searcher.

Features

  • Filter and search across all companies and people in the data set and see if they exist in your CRM

Industry classifications

We revamped our industry classifications for revtron companies.

AI agents powered by large language models have now classified over 100,000 companies by naics code, industry, and sub industry.

NAICs code -> Industry -> Sub industry

We go as deep as possible with the NAICs code, up to six digits. The industry is the naics description at the two digit level. The sub industry is the naics description at the deepest level, normally six digits.

Our industry classifications are now more accurate and more granular than ever before and improving on an hourly basis.

Company pages

Company pages are live in the ideal customer profile, prospector, and account recommendation dashboards.

You can now easily drill into each company to see revenue, employee counts, contact information, industry, investors, funding events, and contacts.

Assisted search - organization level presets

Assisted search is now live in Find People searches in RevTron prospector.

You can filter across multiple attributes but one of the primary principles of RevTron is to use the data you have for context and reduce the amount of manual work needed to get to the good stuff.

Any time you press Find People in the prospector module, RevTron will automatically apply the top 100 most commonly occurring titles in your crm to the search.

If you're not looking for the standard suspects, then just override your organization defaults with custom title filters.

This is the same logic we use for automated contact creation.

Data quality - contacts

Data quality for contact records is live.

Quickly see what percentage of your emails in crm are undeliverable. Data decay is the worst at the person level.

See how many of your contacts we've matched to and can enrich.

Get clear visibility into how many contacts we've enriched, the fields we've been able to populate, and the total number of contacts we've created for you to date.

Get a granular export of the contact records with undeliverable emails so you can tag these or remove them from your crm.

See the last time we ran a bulk enrichment, and when you're next enrichment/creation will run.

Data quality for company records is live.

Quickly see what percentage of your accounts in crm we've matched to our data set. This is the total number of your accounts we're able to enrich.

See how many of your accounts we show as inactive or out of business.

Get clear visibility into how many accounts we've enriched, the fields we've been able to populate, and the total number of accounts we've created for you to date.

Get a granular export of the account records we haven't been able to match to yet.

Account recommendations

v1 of account recommendations is live.

We use the profile of your top 1,000 highest scoring accounts to search for similar companies that you don't have in your crm yet.

These look alike companies are visible to you in the new recommendations page on the side navbar right under the ICP page. You can filter these accounts by any of the fields in the revtron companies table and easily send the most interesting to your crm right away.

We've also shipped the automation for paying customers to get new accounts added to their crm every week, like clockwork.

Prospector build out

First we're focusing on user driven searches for target audiences at accounts that exist in your crm. We think this process can actually be enjoyable if it's fast.

RevTron increases speed by creating an AI assisted environment. When you step into the prospector module, you start with all of your accounts pre-sorted by their Ideal Customer Profile score.

Your ICP Model scores your accounts using firmographics which are some of the first filters applied when you go to a data provider that's not AI native.

Size, geography, industry - in RevTron you start out with the companies presorted by these features. The result is you don't have to apply 5 filters before you can even get down to the good stuff. You start at the good stuff and normally only have to apply one or two filters.

We shipped another assist for the second step in the process, Find People, RevTron applies organization level persona filters for you right away based on the data already in your crm. Once you have the ideal companies in sight you can hit Find People and you'll start with the personas you regularly engage with. If you're looking for something special this time, then you can apply filters to override you're org defaults.

RevTron v0.1.0

RevTron uses AI to quantify your ideal customer profile. Allowing you to easily see the firmographic profile of your ICP for free.

Your ICP dashboard gives you interactive visuals describing your ICP across employee count, age, and annual revenue.

Our paid plans allow you to easily prospect your highest scoring accounts for new contacts and/or enrich your existing accounts and contacts.

Head to your prospector page to search and filter across all of your accounts with keyboard shortcuts to create custom audiences in record time. Hit Cmd + k and filter away.

Then select the accounts you want to prospect and press Find People. We use the highest occurring titles in your CRM to pre-filter people results for you so you're more likely to see relevant contacts on your first attempt.
